Help by the stage. Priced before you call.
Five packages, one per stage of the journey where help genuinely helps. Every price is a number. Every package lists what it excludes, because exclusions are where consulting engagements usually go bad. Prices are indicative pending final confirmation and are consistent across this site.
None of these packages sells a registration outcome. Templates are raw material; contextualisation is the service; evidence of context is the deliverable. The decision is ASQA’s — outcomes disclaimer.
1. Feasibility and scope selection $2,900
For: the very start — before entity money is spent and before any evidence is built.
What you get
- Structured feasibility workshop (scope, cohort, demand, capability)
- Entity and eligibility checklist, with structural questions flagged for your lawyer/accountant
- Fit-and-proper walkthrough: who must declare, and what
- Demand-evidence plan: which employers to talk to and what to record
- Per-product cost-of-ownership view for your candidate scope
- Written scope recommendation and go/no-go report — including “no-go” when that is the honest answer
What you do not get
- Legal, accounting or financial advice (we flag; your professionals advise)
- Entity formation or ASIC filings
- Any application documents — that is the evidence build
- ASQA fees of any kind
Turnaround: 2–3 weeks from workshop.
2. FVRA preparation $3,900
For: providers with a settled entity and scope, facing the Financial Viability Risk Assessment.
What you get
- FVRA workbook completed properly, with you and your accountant
- Projection build: enrolment, revenue and cost model with assumptions documented and traceable to your demand evidence
- Full cost checklist applied — including the lines applicants forget (systems, insurances, salaries before revenue)
- Capital-position documentation: what is committed, and how that is evidenced
- Consistency check between business plan, projections and the rest of your application
What you do not get
- Accounting, audit or assurance services; we do not certify figures
- Financial or investment advice
- Capital raising or lending introductions
- Invented numbers — if an assumption cannot be evidenced, it does not go in
Turnaround: 3–4 weeks, dependent on accountant availability.
3. Evidence build and contextualisation $12,500–$18,500
For: the long pole — the documentary heart of the application, built from your context. Priced in three bands by scope; the calculator resolves your exact number.
| Band | Fits | Fixed price |
|---|---|---|
| Band A | 1–3 training products, single delivery mode, domestic cohort | $12,500 |
| Band B | 4–6 products, or two delivery modes, or high-volume first-year plan | $15,500 |
| Band C | 7–10 products or complex mixed-mode delivery | $18,500 |
What you get
- Cohort discovery sessions — the non-negotiable first step
- Industry engagement support, documented as evidence
- Training and assessment strategy per product, written from your discovery
- Assessment system contextualised per unit: tools adjusted, mapped, pre-use reviewed, with the review recorded
- Policy and procedure suite describing your actual operation across the four Quality Areas
- Workforce evidence pack: per-person, per-product credential and currency mapping
- Evidence register tying every claim to its artefact
What you do not get
- The purchase price of third-party learning/assessment resources (licensed by you, from the supplier of your choice)
- A TAS for a cohort we have not discussed — refused on principle, at any price
- Template documents lodged as-is under our name or yours
- Delivery of training, or the lodgement itself (package 4)
- Scopes above 10 products, or CRICOS evidence — honestly bespoke; we hand those to CAQA
Turnaround: 8–14 weeks by band. This work compresses badly, and we do not pretend otherwise.
4. Full application lodgement $4,900
For: the one lodgement you get. A completeness and consistency review, then assembly and lodgement with you.
What you get
- Full completeness review: every required part, declaration and attachment verified present
- Consistency review: entity details, scope, workforce, financials and strategy checked against each other
- asqanet application assembly, structured as the application demands
- Lodgement session with you — your account, your declarations, our checklist
- Fee verification at the source on lodgement day
What you do not get
- ASQA’s fees — payable by you at lodgement (current amounts)
- Evidence creation or repair — gaps found go back to the evidence build, not under the carpet
- Lodgement of an application we assess as incomplete: we will tell you, in writing, not lodge it
- Signing declarations on your behalf
Turnaround: 1–2 weeks if the review is clean.
5. Post-lodgement support and RFI response $3,400
For: the months after lodgement — requests for information, and preparing your people for interview.
What you get
- RFI triage and response drafting support — answering what was asked, consistently with what was lodged
- Interview preparation for executives: governance, viability, obligations
- Interview preparation for trainers and assessors: products, tools, cohort
- Response-deadline management and a single point of contact
- Plain-language walkthrough of the decision when it arrives, including any conditions
What you do not get
- Us attending interviews to answer in your place — refused on principle
- New evidence fabricated to patch RFI gaps
- Legal representation, or review/appeal advocacy — bespoke territory, handed to CAQA with a straight face
- Any promise about the decision
Turnaround: engagement runs until the registration decision, response work within agreed deadlines.
When we say no, and where we send you
CRICOS applications, scopes above ten products, corporate restructures, review and appeal strategy: genuinely bespoke work that a fixed price would misrepresent. Those go to CAQA, the senior advisory arm of our family — bespoke scopes, quoted individually. The relationship is disclosed in the footer of every page on this site.
