RTO Training Registration
About

Who you are actually dealing with.

Family disclosure. RTO Training Registration is a brand of RTO Training Resources Pty Ltd (ABN 17 631 073 213), part of the CAQA Groups family. Our consultants are the same team that delivers CAQA’s advisory work. The difference is the service model: our scopes and prices are fixed and published. CAQA’s engagements are bespoke and quoted.

What this brand is for

RTO Training Registration is the registration arm of the RTO Training Group: fixed-scope, fixed-price help for people becoming registered training organisations. One journey — initial registration — covered end to end: a free definitive guide, nine stage pages, a readiness check, a cost calculator with the working shown, and five packages priced on the page.

The service model is deliberate. Bespoke consulting is the right tool for complex, unusual problems — and the wrong default for a well-understood journey like initial registration, where what most applicants need is a known scope at a known price, done properly. Our sister brand CAQA does the bespoke work; we do the productised work; the same consultants deliver both, and each site tells you plainly when your situation belongs with the other.

The rules we operate under

  • Every regulatory fact from source. ASQA positions and fees render on this site from a single maintained source with verification dates and links — never typed into page copy, never left to go stale silently.
  • Every price a number. No POA, no ranges without the bands spelled out, exclusions listed per package.
  • No registration in a box. Templates are raw material; contextualisation is the service; evidence of context is the deliverable. We refuse work that violates that order — including profitable work.
  • No outcome promises. ASQA decides; you remain responsible for your compliance; our outcomes disclaimer says so in writing.
  • Honest routing. CRICOS, big scopes, acquisitions, appeals — genuinely bespoke matters go to CAQA, and we say so before taking your money, not after.

Do your due diligence on us

The regulator advises providers to do due diligence on consultants, and we would rather you did:

Our scopes, prices and exclusions are on the packages page. Our method is described in detail on the contextualisation page. Our corporate identity is in the footer of every page. Ask us anything else directly.
