No consultant — including us — can guarantee a registration decision or a performance assessment outcome. Decisions on initial registration, on conditions, and on the outcomes of any performance assessment are made by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (or the relevant state regulator) on the evidence before it. Any consultant who promises you an outcome is describing a service that does not exist.
What this means for our packages
Every package on this site is a promise of defined work, done properly, at a fixed price — never a promise of the regulator’s decision. Where our marketing describes past outcomes (as on the case evidence page), those are historical facts about specific applications and their evidence, not predictions about yours.
What this means after registration
If registration is granted, the provider — not any consultant — is responsible for meeting its regulatory obligations on an ongoing basis, from the first day of registration onward. Engaging help, from us or anyone, never transfers that responsibility.
